728 Spills and Leaks

The standard procedures to be followed by Postal Service personnel for dealing with spills and leaks are specified in Management Instruction EL–810–96–1, Response to Hazardous Materials Releases, and Handbook EL–812, Hazardous Materials and Spill Response.
