635 Controlled Substances

Controlled substances are not acceptable in international mail. Controlled substances addressed to military post offices are subject to the prohibitions in DMM 703.2.3.1, in addition to all requirements that apply to domestic mail, as contained in chapter 4 and DMM 601.11.11.
