222 Matter Excepted From Markings

If permitted to be mailed under DMM 601.11, the following materials are excepted from the requirements in 221 and must be mailed with no indication or identifying marking on the outside of the parcel:

  1. Controlled substances and drugs.
  2. Firearms.
  3. Motor vehicle master keys.
  4. Switchblade knives.
