Address Type Descriptions

Addressing Key

There are five lines in an address:

• The first line is the optional non-address data line.

• The second line is the information/attention line.

• The third line is the recipient line.

• The fourth line is the delivery address line.

• The fifth line is the last line, containing city, state, and zip information.
