Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service,

IMM Issue 35 (May 12, 2008)

In chapters 1–9 of this online version of Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), change bars (vertical lines in the margin) indicate that Postal Bulletin updates have been incorporated in the adjacent text; however, in the individual country listings (ICLs) of this online IMM, change bars do not appear even though Postal Bulletin updates have been incorporated in the text.

IMM Issue 35, published May 12, 2008, has been updated with revisions published in Postal Bulletin articles through November 6, 2008, as follows:
