Banknotes, checks, and securities of any kind payable to bearer in ordinary and registered First-Class Mail International items.

Brushes of all kinds made in Japan other than nylon toothbrushes.

Distilling apparatus.

Postage stamps, whether used or not, except in registered First-Class Mail International shipments.

West African paper currency.

Restrictions  

Arms and munitions require a license from the Governor.

Coins or precious metal sent in registered First-Class Mail International shipments may not exceed L5 in value.
