Bundling Flat-Size and Irregular Parcel Mail — Bundle Integrity

We are seeking comments on a proposal in today’s Federal Register that require mailers to use two bands when bundling presorted rate flat-size mail and irregular parcels that are not shrink-wrapped. This proposal would remove the option to prepare bundles up to 1 inch thick with only one band.
