DADC Periodicals Drops for ADC New Orleans LA 700

Periodicals and NEWS publications formerly dropped at the DADC entry level into ADC New Orleans LA 700 should now be dropped at BMC Memphis TN 38999 (excluding any mail for suspended ZIP Codes). 

To receive the best service for these publications, it is strongly recommended that direct containers (e.g. 5-digit, 3-digit, and SCF) are drop shipped into the appropriate destination SCF entry points (DSCF) for the following locations as listed in DMM L005:
