September DMM Available Online

The DMM on Postal Explorer (pe.usps.com) is your most current source for domestic mailing standards. The online DMM is available in PDF and HTML (text) formats, and it’s fully searchable.

We made the following changes in September:

Periodicals Endorsements on Supplements
Publishers may now use the endorsement "Supplement to Periodicals Publication" in addition to the other endorsements allowed on Periodicals supplements. We revised 707.3.3.5 to reflect this change.

Repositionable Notes Experiment
We clarified the standards for repositionable notes (RPNs) on letter-size and flat-size mailpieces in 709.7.0. The clarification includes a new illustration showing RPN placement on a letter-size piece.
