New Standard Mail Eligibility Web Tool

A new, interactive tool on Postal Explorer can help you determine when a mailpiece containing “personal” information is eligible for Standard Mail or may be required to be mailed at First-Class Mail postage rates. You’ll find an easy-to-use decision tree with links to Customer Support Rulings (CSRs), summaries of the new CSRs, and links to the DMM. Take it for a test drive. And let us know what you think.
