Standard Mail Automation Flats — Update

We answered a question in the June 29 DMM Advisory about the physical standards for automation flats in our new pricing proposal. To clarify, the standards would be the current criteria for AFSM 100 pieces, with new standards for flexibility. We will include the new flexibility standards in our upcoming Federal Register proposal.

FAST Training Now Available for Mailers!

Drop shipment mailers can now take advantage of Facility Access and Shipment Tracking (FAST) system online training. The Web-based course offers convenience and real-time access to FAST training and resources. Those who have tested the training are enthusiastic about its ease-of-use and accessibility.  

Access the FAST training at https://fast.usps.com/fast/ (click “Resources” then "Reference Documents"). The course is organized by module; you may take the entire course or brush up on a single topic.
