The Postal Service has issued another in a series of revised or new Customer Support Rulings, PS-006, Written Additions, that is intended to provide guidance via clear examples as to what may be mailed as Standard Mail and what must be mailed as First-Class Mail. In addition, two CSRs, PS-125 and PS-176 have been rescinded because of outdated material or having been superseded by new or revised postal standards or other CSRs.
