March DMM Update

We update the DMM on Postal Explorer (pe.usps.com) every month, so Postal Explorer is always your current source for mailing information. On March 16 we made the following changes:

Hold For Pickup
We eliminated the requirement in 455.4.6.2 for mailers to separate parcels endorsed "Hold For Pickup" from other Parcel Select parcels entered at destination delivery units.

Multiple Entry Point Processing System
We removed the Multiple Entry Point Processing System (MEPPS) option in 705.15.4.1. MEPPS is no longer available and has been replaced by PostalOne!.
