Move Update  

In the Federal Register Notice published on Monday, December 28, 2009 (74 FR 68538-541) the Postal Service issued a revised version of the final rule originally published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2009. The revision clarifies the Performance-Based Verification process and assessment charges.

This revised final rule is effective January 4, 2010, and will be reflected in the next Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) update on February 1, 2010.
