USPS.com Update – Intermittent Service Interruptions On Website

We’re working to resolve technical issues on usps.com that have affected some applications.

Updates are being posted on the website. The following online tools are working and available for customers:

• Postal Store
• PO Box Online
• Post Office Locator
• Calculate Postage
• Carrier Pickup
• eService
• Customer First

We’re taking every step to resolve the situation, which has affected Click-N-Ship and WebTools.

Customers should be assured that the full slate of online services will be available as soon as possible.
