Pricing Update Clarification

Our commitment is to provide at least 90 days’ notice for market dominant classes of mail, also known as mailing services, even though the new law requires us to announce market dominant price changes a minimum of 45 days in advance. The market dominant classes are First-Class Mail, Standard Mail, Periodicals, and Package Services (including single-piece Parcel Post).
