IMb™ Services Update
MicroStrategy® Reporting — will be performing database maintenance between 7a.m. to 4 p.m. CT on Sunday, November 10, 2013, with two half-hour outages – one from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. CT and one from 2 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. CT. No MicroStrategy® Narrowcast reports will be available between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. CT.
PostalOne!® Release 36.1.0 — will be deployed during the scheduled maintenance window of 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. CT on Sunday, November 17. Infrastructure and database changes will result in a 4-hour outage from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. CT. During this outage, PostalOne!® will be unavailable, including Mail.XML®, FAST® Web Services, and eDOC Services.
Full- Service Intelligent Mail Open Line Call — Effective January 26, 2014, the use of Full-Service Intelligent Mail is required to qualify for automation prices for First-Class Mail® postcards, letters, and flats, Standard Mail® letters and flats, Periodicals letters and flats and Bound Printed Matter flats.
A Full-Service Intelligent Mail "Open Line" is scheduled for every Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET. USPS® representatives will be online to answer any questions related to Full-Service Intelligent Mail. To join the call, click on the link no more than 15 minutes before the start of the call.
