November DMM Update

Postal Explorer (pe.usps.com) is your source for up-to-date mailing standards. The Domestic Mail Manual is fully searchable on Postal Explorer and features fly-out menus, cross-reference links, and an extensive subject index. We updated our mailing standards with the following changes:

Updated U. S. Census Requirements When Sending Shipments Between or to U.S. Territories, Possessions, and Freely Associated States
We revised 608.2.0 to comply with specific Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR) issued by the U.S. Census Bureau when sending shipments between or to U.S. territories, possessions, and Freely Associated States.

Price Marking Requirements for Express Mail and Priority Mail Commercial Base and Commercial Plus Pricing
We revised 402.2.0, 415.1.0, and 425.2.0 to implement new price marking requirements on Express Mail and Priority Mail pieces mailed at commercial base and commercial plus prices.
