Marshall Islands & Micronesia Reverted to Domestic Mail Service

We published a final rule with request for comments in today's Federal Register [HTML] | [PDF] to return the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia to domestic mail status effective November 19, 2007. Mailers cannot use Collect on Delivery, Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and electronic return receipt options. We will offer Express Mail service, without a guarantee.
