IMb™ Services Update

PostalOne!^® Maintenance — There will be a PostalOne!^® outage during the scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, October 9, 2011, from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. CDT. PostalOne!^® applications, including Mail.XML^® web services, will be unavailable for internal and external users during this outage.

In addition, the scheduled maintenance windows from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. CDT on Sundays October 16, October 23, and October 30, 2011, may be used for critical tasks in preparation for the PostalOne!^® Release 28.0 deployment, which will result in PostalOne!^® outages. Future communications will provide exact start and end times of outages expected during these maintenance windows.

PostalOne! Release 28.0 Deployment — The PostalOne! Release 28.0 deployment scheduled for Sunday, November 6, 2011, will require a longer maintenance window than the normally scheduled maintenance window of 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. CDT. The outage time will be communicated as soon as finalized but no later than October 21, 2011.
