New Hours for the PCSC

The Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC) is now open from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The PCSC administers the National Customer Rulings program, handles mailer appeals of local decisions, and processes applications for Periodicals and nonprofit mailing privileges.
