Submitting Electronic Documentation with Comailed and Copalletized Mailings

Today, the Federal Register published our final rule to require mailers preparing comailed or copalletized mailings — or mail owners who contribute mailpieces to a consolidated comailed or copalletized mailing — to submit electronic documentation to the USPS® by an approved method.

The new standards are effective January 2, 2011, and the entire final rule can be viewed on the Postal Explorer® website at pe.usps.com by clicking on “Federal Register Notices” in the left frame.
