Update
PostalOne! and FAST
Outages:
PostalOne!®
Release 24.1.0 and FAST® Release 14.2.0 will deploy to the production
environment on Sunday, May 23, 2010. The
PostalOne!
production system will be unavailable from 1:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. CDT.
The FAST production system will be unavailable from 4:00 am through 8:00 am
CDT. FAST WebServices messages will not be able to be processed during
the PostalOne!
outage.
PostalOne!
Release 24.1.0 and FAST Release 14.2.0 will deploy to the Test Environment
for Mailers (TEM) on Monday, May 24, 2010. The
PostalOne!
TEM system will not be available from 5:00 am through noon CDT. The FAST TEM
system will be unavailable from 8:00 am through noon CDT.

As a reminder, this release
requires that mailers download a new Mail.dat client application. The latest
Mail.dat client application will be available for download after the release
from the Electronic Data Exchange page, accessible from the
Business
Customer Gateway.

Business Customer Gateway
Outage: There will be an outage of the
Business Customer Gateway on Sunday, May 30, 2010 from 4:00 a.m. to 8 a.m.
CDT, during the normal maintenance window.
Mailers who utilize the Transportation Management System (TMS) will still be
able to assign mail to flights.
Outbound WebServices messages originating with the USPS will be queued.
Mailers will be unable to submit inbound messages to USPS.
