Intelligent Mail Barcodes — New Mailer Guide and FAQs

We have new documents available on ribbs.usps.gov to help answer questions about the use of Intelligent Mail barcodes. The Intelligent Mail Barcodes FAQs helps answer a variety of questions related to the Federal Register proposed rule as well as current use of Intelligent Mail barcodes. The new Guide to Electronic Documentation and Appointments for Full-Service Mailings will help mailers prepare for the May 2009 implementation of Intelligent Mail barcodes. For customers familiar with existing electronic documentation solutions, the guide details how to populate your files and how to create or update electronic appointments to take advantage of the full-service option.
