Customer Support Rulings Posted

The Postal Service™ has issued two in a continuing series of revised or new Customer Support Rulings. They are posted on Postal Explorer^® (pe.usps.com):

• Revised PS-054; Requester Records - Periodicals Publications, includes a new policy statement concerning "email requests" to a requester Periodicals publication. 

• New PS-336, Identification of Nonprofit Standard Mail^® Matter, provides policy guidance to customers and postal employees concerning the correct and permissible identification of nonprofit mailings.
