May 12 Pricing Change – New Mailing Standards for International Shipping Services

On www.usps.com/prices we posted an advance copy of the Federal Register notice supporting the May 12 mailing standards changes for international shipping services:  Express Mail International and Priority Mail International. The notice details the requirements to qualify for new commercial base and commercial volume pricing.
