Request for Premium Stamped Stationery and Premium Stamped Cards Permanent Classification

Yesterday we filed a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission for a permanent classification of Premium Stamped Stationery (PSS) and Premium Stamped Cards (PSC). Premium Stamped Stationery is sold in pads of 12 sheets of quality stock paper, featuring a design and imprinted with matching postage stamps. Premium Stamped Cards are sold in packs of 10 or 20 cards of quality stock paper, featuring a design and imprinted with matching postage stamps.

Our proposal includes flexible pricing that creates a range for both products that is based on competitive offerings and the quality levels of postal products. This request will allow us to continue to sell the stationery and cards in all retail outlets while enabling us to adjust prices in response to changes in market conditions.
