International Pricing and Product Proposal — Comment Period Extended
 

We extended the comment period for our December 20, 2006, Federal Register international product and pricing proposal to February 2, 2007.  We welcome your feedback and encourage you to comment on our proposal. Send written comments to the Manager of Mailing Standards, U.S. Postal Service, 475 L’Enfant Plaza SW RM 3436, Washington DC 20260-3436.

The international changes will become effective when we change our domestic prices in May.
