New Standards for Polywrap on Automation Flat-Size Mail

We published a notice in today’s Federal Register revising the standards for polywrap film used on automation-rate flat-size mail. The new standards provide one set of specifications for automation polywrap and improve our ability to process polywrapped pieces on our primary flat-mail processing equipment. The effective date for the new polwrap is February 4 for manufacturers and March 3 for mailers.
