IMb™ Services Update

REMINDER: PostalOne!^® Release 29.0 Deployment will require an extended maintenance window from 8 p.m. CST on Saturday, January 7, 2012, through 10 a.m. CST Sunday, January 8, 2012. During this maintenance window, all USPS^® web services accessed through the Business Customer Gateway — including PostalOne! ^® Facility Access and Shipment Tracking (FAST^®), Mailer ID, Program Registration, and eDoc submission via Mail.XML^® and Mail.dat^® — will be unavailable.

FAST Release 19.0, Business Customer Gateway (BCG) Release 3.0, Program Registration 2.1 and Mailer ID Deployment — Updating these applications will require an outage from 4 a.m. through 8 a.m. CST, on Sunday, January 8, 2012.

Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) — FAST Release 19.0 and PostalOne! Release 29.0 will deploy to the Test Environment for Mailers (TEM) on Monday, January 9, 2012. FAST TEM will be unavailable from 8 a.m. through 12 Noon CST and the PostalOne! TEM will be unavailable from 4 a.m. through 4 p.m. CST.

PostalOne! Release 29.0 Webinars — The first informational webinar on Release 29.0 will be held for mailers on January 5, 2012.  Complete webinar information, including times and log on information, are posted on RIBBs^® under Intelligent Mail Services.
